Be Better than Jenny - Halloween Edition #1

Hi. This is Jenny and these are all true stories. 

Halloween, 2012, Colorado

It was mid-October, and I was shopping at Costco when I spotted something unexpected—candy canes. Christmas items already? But they were much cheaper than the usual Halloween candy, so naturally, I bought them.

I wrote a poem to place next to the bowl of candy canes (since we were out trick-or-treating with our kids). However, my husband read the poem and quickly vetoed it. Looking back, I have to admit, he was probably right.
